Construction Superintendent

Do you love construction, project management, and are eager to help homeowners create new spaces? As a superintendent you ll be getting in the field, solving problems, collaborating with a skilled team, and working directly with our clientele.

• Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
  
• Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
  
• Communicate with our homeowner and perform site visits daily.
  
• Manage all project timelines and project profitability.
  
• Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk through, snap layouts and daily clean up.
  
• Coordinate and update trade partners as needed.
  
• Communicate and administer change orders.
  
• Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
  
• Troubleshooting, walking through, and resolving any issues that arise.
  

Requirements

• Successful candidates will possess 1 plus year(s) of residential new home construction experience.
  
• A Construction Management degree is preferred.
  
• Excel knowledge required; other Microsoft software knowledge required.
  
• Estimating experience preferred.
  
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.
  
• Have a learner mindset.
  
• Must have driver s license and access to your own vehicle.
