The company has opened a pan-European Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona. Apart from the financial transaction functions, this centre also houses all of European accounting and administrative functions
The Role:
-Receiving a list of clients everyday to call and discuss queries
-Make about 10-15 calls per day
-Resolving Overdue Bills and Collecting Payments
-Report collection activity
-Address client queries
-Develop repayment plans
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You Speak French at a Native Level
-You have at least 1 years of experience in a customer service-based role
-You are proactive and have good communication skills
