Job description

Note- Fixed Income, BA Finance background with client management are key factors for this Product Role.

1. Partner with Investment group, Technology team to frame Product vision, Strategy and roadmap.
   1. Facilitate workshop with Business group and Technology team for Product design and implementation.
   2. Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development then validate that learning with user testing
   3. Translate product vision into a roadmap containing well-defined, prioritized features that will realize the product vision and value.
   4. Serve as a voice of the customer among the cross-functional team, always understanding the customer needs
   5. Masterfully apply Lean Agile practices and frameworks
   6. Collaborate with product owners, solution managers, and cross-functional product managers, to ensure alignment towards the Product strategy.
   7. Collaborate with system architects to envision and prioritize system enablers.

Skills and Experience

1. 1. Significant industry knowledge and expertise with Fixed Income Product Front office products preferably Aladdin, Perform etc.
   2. Basic understanding of PL/SQL, Python, VB etc. to drive the discussion with development team.
   3. Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles experience.
   4. Demonstrated success creating financial products vision, strategy, experience, prototyping and enterprise solutions and services - from ideation to launch.
   5. Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services
   6. Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders.
