General Description:
The MRO Maintenance Engineering Specialist will be required to review aviation engine maintenance processes and manuals. Responsible for troubleshooting various engineering and production related issues, Support shop instructions database migration between legacy systems and SAP by means of various IT Tools. (Routers are shop instructions for Maintenance, Disassembly, part dispositions, Repair and Assembly following the engine services manuals, repair manuals, service bulletins and directives.)

Responsibilities
Understand the existing shop instructions master data in the legacy ERP System and convert them to shop instructions for the SAP ERP System.
Define and document required set of instructions, while ensuring that the conversion meets requirements of the engine shop and repair manuals, site quality requirements and other engineering technical requirements
Create and improve the SAP Master Data for Routers in the required format of systems below
Creating relevant project documentation and tracking status of all assigned tasks to ensure all the technical requirements are met in a timely manner
Preparation and normalization of shop instructions master data prior to SAP migration as per the business requirements
Required expertise in Engine Services Manuals, converting Engine Service Manual to master routers, understanding and Interpretation of Engine services manuals to router work instructions.
Work with other departments for continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, GMP, and safety standards.
