Position Summary

As a Senior Developer, on the IAM API Gateway Team you will be responsible to design, develop, build and maintain an API framework that exposes IAM services to our customers. You will be actively involved in the project lifecycle producing rapid prototypes early in the design phase.

The Senior Developer will be playing a pivotal role in adopting DevSecOps principles within their development approach with emphasis on Behavior Driven Development and Code coverage. The Senior Developer will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions. As the Senior Developer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development along with maintaining the application database schema.

In this role, The Senior Developer will be required to form strategic partnerships with key internal partners and subject matter authorities to achieve business results.

General requirements:

1. The candidate with sharp analytical skills with experience of working in an enterprise.
2. The person must be able to work in a team and independently.
3. Preferably from Identify & Access Management functional background
4. Security Knowledge preferred
5. Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.

Technical requirements:

1. Overall 10+ years of hands-on working development experience at enterprise level.
2. Programming languages:
   1. Java, Python, JavaScript - Java expertise:
      1. Jetty/Jboss/Tomcat, IDE tools, Spring boot framework, MVC framework
3. Must have REST API and JSON working experience.
4. Must have LDAP and Active directory integration development experience.
5. Must have working knowledge of using SQL, NoSQL and other databases.
6. Must have knowledge of required modules and components to build the complete solution for any given programming language:
   1. OpenShift and Docker technology
   2. Jenkins
   3. Git, Postman
   4. Swagger
   5. Puppet/Chef
7. Ability to learn other product SDK and APIs for the integration.
8. Should have OAuth 2.0 and other security knowledge.
9. Exposure to DevSecOps processes
10. Azure and GCP cloud experience are plus.
