TRUCK REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CENTRE MANAGER M/F

This post is created to keep up with the company s development. The Centre Manager manages the teams of 30 employees in the mechanical, bodywork, administrative, and spare parts sales departments of a subsidiary of the holding.

Tasks

Your main mission is leading, planning and optimising the overall management of the site's repair activity, retaining the key accounts, and monitoring stock and performance indicators. You report directly to the director of the Ile de France, on a remote site.

For this job, we are looking for a manager with previous experience in leading a team in the HGV or aftermarket market, in a dealership or car centre. You are specifically responsible for: managing the teams, facilitating the achievement of goals, optimising stock management, and ensuring quality and storage. You will also be responsible for the development of customers and key accounts loyalty, for example, by joint tours with the itinerant salesperson or by carrying out targeted visits on an ad hoc basis.

The holding takes care of the accounting management and billing follow-up.

Requirements

You are ideally a manager, assistant manager, or head of department on a site of comparable size, for instance with a manufacturer, an equipment supplier or a car distributor.
