Senior Product Manager / CPO

Construction is a multi-trillion-dollar industry used by every human across the planet. It needs your help: we need to invent new software systems, so construction becomes as efficient, quick, and green as possible. The team at Benetics (40+ years engineering experience, 2 founding engineers from Google and a CEO with successful exit in tech.) is laser-focused on a vision of understanding each building s DNA: How are people on-site communicating? How was the building actually constructed, compared to what the plan said? How can we automate planning, implementation, logistics, and maintenance into a seamless process flow?

Tasks

• Shape and define a mobile-first product (combining real time communication, machine learning and AR) for the construction industry and interact with our world-class engineering team
• Define and build the organization around the product and involve all aspects of the company, such as engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, etc.
• Jointly define the go-to-market strategy.
• Inspire the team, design partners, and potential customers with your clear and compelling vision
• Keep the team and external stakeholders aligned through rapid iterations
• Navigate unwalked territories of the construction industry
• Make sure we ship fast and we ship the right product
• Engage with customers and conduct user research
• Analyze key metrics and draw conclusions

Requirements

• [preferred] 5+ years of people management experience with direct reports.
• [preferred] fluent in german.
• Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills.
• Experience driving and creating product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
• Experience managing day-to-day design and product direction
• Business savvy product generalist with technical depth; experience with B2C or front-end B2B products.
• Your A-Game: top-notch product person, with a curious mind looking to learn constantly, and an empathic style that wants to teach others.
• Master s or bachelor s degree in a technical field related to software engineering
