Job Role: ITIL Incident Manager
Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full Time
Note: No Visa Transfer, No Visa Sponsorship
Detailed JD
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be located onshore to perform the activities.
Coordinate with customers to understand the requirements for support and perform the analysis on incidents received.
Coordinate with other groups supporting the product and application to take issues to resolution.
Conduct weekly calls with Different groups and update the status of open issues.
Conduct weekly connect with customers and provide status on progress.
Coordinate with offshore and guide to perform the deliverable actions and work as a team.
Ability to steer the meetings with stakeholders.
Resolve incidents received in a timely fashion.
Available to take on-call responsibilities on a rotation basis.
Must-Have Skills
ITIL Incident Management Knowledge
Proficient in Communication Skills
Available for on-call rotations(Weekly rotation)
Understanding of Service Now
Knowledge of POS devices
Knowledge of Splunk
Knowledge of payment services Gateway (Any gateway)
Good to Have Skills
Working knowledge of SQL
Understanding of APP Dynamics
Understanding of AWS
