Tasks

• Contribute to the measurement of the happiness level of the organization;
• Contribute to a culture of happiness and well-being in the company;
• Contribute to the dissemination of the values and culture of the company, among all employees;
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of internal processes, aiming at greater transparency and a positive organisational climate;
• Collaborate in the organization and management of events, workshops, celebrations of scheduled days and teambuilding actions.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or similar areas;
• High communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Organization, dynamism, proactivity;
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
