Tasks

• Build, nurture and further develop relationships with strategic partnerships in DACH, US, UK.
• Develop partnership collaborations and execute from start to finish.Identify areas of growth.
• Acquire and run sales calls with potential partners and affiliatesBoost our brand awareness by setting up external PR campaignsPartner with cross-functional teams to help implement complex media strategies.
• Analyze partnership campaigns with the help of the Marketing team and implement learnings in future collaborations.
• Report to our Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with our marketing team.

Requirements

• You are fluent in English and German, verbal, and writing.
• You champion a data-driven mindset, relying on metrics to steer your actions.
• You are currently studying Business / BWL and are looking to join and grow with a company Self-starter, early adopter, and fast learner.
• You are a cross-functional project manager, able to prioritize and work seamlessly across numerous verticals with multiple stakeholders.
• You're independent, proactive, and not afraid of big ideas and ownership.
• Organization and strong communication skills are part of your profile.
• Strong interest in exploring the sexual wellness industry. You have the right to work in Germany and are available for a full-time position.
