CTO

6-12 months possibility to convert

Duarte, CA (They can work Remote- preferable that they are in SCAL but they are open)

Rate: Open (focus is more on the right fit)

We are seeking a highly-skilled CTO with a storied history in the technological sector. CTO's are tasked with making executive technology decisions on behalf of the company, including managing a technology budget and making investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. You should be a strategic thinker, thought leader, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development.

You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

CTO Responsibilities:

1. Setting and executing a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
2. Review and revise current business practices and processes.
3. Ensuring that technological resources and vendors meet the company's short term needs as well as manage the vendor relationships and review their initiatives.
4. Review and resolve change control processes.
5. Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services and projects currently in flight.
6. Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
7. Acting as a mentor to team members and provide feedback to C-level executives on current staff and contractors.
8. Lead and Implement ServiceNow.
9. Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
10. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
11. Set roadmap for technology requirements as a result of the current Merger and Acquisition integration.

CTO Requirements:

1. 15-20 years working in a technological role.
2. 5-8 years of CTO experience.
3. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
4. Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
5. Exceptional team management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication.
7. Ability to delegate efficiently.
8. Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
