In Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) we provide complete industrial burner systems and components to numerous different industries all over the world. We are looking for a Channel Business Manager to work with within Honeywell HTS Spain.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Be part of a team of CBM and AM selling across EMEA

  • Implement the Go to Market strategy in Spanish region
  • Co-operate with the Commercial Excellence team to implement the Channel Program with aim to integrate the work between HTS and Channel Partners
  • Identify corrective actions to be implemented to deliver growth in business
  • Analyze the distribution network to evaluate implementation and / or changes to the existing scenario
  • Create a local sales plan to generate growth and increase Market share through Channel Partners
  • Create a healthy pipeline opportunity and properly / regularly maintain the CRM
  • Make use of a set of tools supporting efficiency and effectiveness of sales results
  • Facilitate connections between CP and the HTS Organization
  • Keep constant contact and make regular visits to CP with aim to coach, motivate, monitor activities and results
  • Make regular check on status of distribution network to continuously evaluate changes required
  • Monitor if all the HTS brands are properly represented in the territory assigned
  • Make use of tools needed for best practice and efficient control of the HTS business like (not limited to) SFDC, Tableau, Altify, GAN, ETR, Etc
  • Assess Channel Sales issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Help Honeywell be the customer's top choice by building new Channel Sales solutions

Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master's degree / equivalent, with some experience

  • Industry specific knowledge of Thermal Solutions Applications and Portfolio (or related field)
  • MSR/electrical technician or MSR engineer training or similar technical training for technical sales
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • High drive and performance driven approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM SFDC an advantage
  • Solid written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
