DevOps/ Cloud Automation Engineer

Required Experience:

Experience with a major cloud provider Azure (preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in Ansible development programming

Minimum 2 years of experience in Python programming

Minimum 2-3 years of experience programming in Bash/Linux or PowerShell/Windows

Automation via Infrastructure as Code

Fluent with source code management tools like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket

Hands-on systems administration or Dev Ops experience configuring systems

6-10 years of experience in related roles

Preferred Experience:

Ansible Tower, Ansible Runner, Execution Environments, and Molecule

Using and developing REST-based APIs

Configuration and deployment tasks using Ansible and Ansible Roles

Other automation frameworks like Terraform, Puppet, Chef, etc.

Familiarity with programming languages such as C/Java and JavaScript

Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Centos, and or Windows Server operating systems

Experience with Hashicorp Vault and Consul

Experience creating/using GitHub actions

Experience with a relational database system like MySQL or Postgres

Experience with containers, Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
