Bilingual Spanish AND English preferred

Job Description: Need a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to help customer set up compensation for 2023 for both US and Mexico.

Job Requirements:

• Support for the Compensation Planning Process for US and Mexico o Clone existing template to support the new process for Mexico.
• Configure/Update the following -

• Lookup Tables
• Currency Conversion tables
• Eligibility Rules
• Salary Ranges
• Guidelines

• Clone the existing Compensation Statement and update configuration for the current process for Mexico.
• Review the existing RBP permission roles and groups and update accordingly
• Knowledge transfer of Admin functionality to support the Compensation Process
