Service Technician

Description :

Repair/Troubleshoot the vechicle issues

Attend the service in house or at customer place

Suggest the customer the solution to the problem

Provide customer trips for better use of product.

Collecting required papers and amp; amount from the customer

Test ride the vehicle pre and post service

Support assembly team in final assembly of the vehicle

Traning to new recuruits and amp; customers

Requirements :

Proven experience as technician

Through Knowledge of automotive mechanical and amp; electric works

Experience in using electrical or manual tools for automotive service

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals

Knowledge of relative safety standards

Succsessful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required
