Remote Data Entry - Full Time ( Entry Level ) (remote)

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join the team. This role is responsible for performing data entry work using a computer and appropriate software; entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems; and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities include; but are not limited to:

Data entry, filing, scanning

Mail merges

Customer and vendor communications

Answering and directing calls

Shipping of packages

Experience / Qualifications

Motivated and self-starter

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Basic skill in mathematics and computers
