IT Business Analyst III

The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for business requirements analysis and documentation for various application development projects. The individual will work closely with the Global Royalties and you able to work d Copyright department users, management, and IT team members to identify, verify and document business requirements with the business and communicate these requirements to technical staff. The Business Analyst will analyze and document current and proposed business processes, develop acceptance criteria, support UAT and production implementation/verification.

Skills:
Must have experience supporting an application development team
At least 5 years as a Business Analyst
Must be able to adjust hours to support US and EU work hours

TOP SKILLS:
Requirement documentation including process flows
Data Analysis
Experience with new and complex internal application build

Skills/Abilities:
Ability to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Solid experience in generating process documentation (confirming business processes in narratives and diagrams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some knowledge of Royalty processing and accounting
Basic knowledge of databases and web services
Experience in Quality Assurance testing
