• - Develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments for PRR
• -Review product/process change requirements and determines incorporation point
• -Verify compliance with Supply Chain, Engineering, Factory plans and communicate risk impacts with stakeholders
• -Support PRR Changeboard, Product Focus, BPR, ECR planning meetings

• 2+ years baseline management.
• Bachelor's Degree & 10+ years of related experience
• Prior Boeing experience
• 2+ years leading or managing a cross functional team or project.
• Experience working with projects or teams.
• Experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment.
• Experience working in a high pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective.
• Preferred experience in Change Management tool suite, including but not limited to: Engineering Tracking and Control ( ETAC),Engineering Change Authoring System ( ECAS), Change Processing System ( CPS),ACMS Automated Commitment Management System, Intra Boeing EXchange (IBEX), CDS, Commitment Development Schedule, Fireview
