Is the Associate Packaging Engineer role right for you?

This role aims for college graduates who have the desire to excel in todays fast-paced packaging environment. We will provide you with exposure to the various facets of packaging within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. Your technical skill set will be enhanced by providing you exposure to experienced professionals and various packaging settings.

This role will allow for consistent growth and individual development opportunities. You will work towards development and commercialization of new, improved, and cost-reduced packaging. You can also expect to:
Support technical delivery of base business and high complexity projects
Manage smaller projects independently
Participate and execute experiments in plant trials
Interpret, develop, and issue technical specifications
Acquire working knowledge of the packaging principles and operating systems for assigned platform
Maintain awareness of technical trends and developments in the packaging industry



Do you have what it takes?

You will complete your Bachelors degree in Packaging or Materials Engineering or a related program of study no later than June 2023 (January start dates available for December grads)
You have basic understanding of packaging materials, capabilities, and equipment
You desire to be a leader and grow within the Research & Development function
You have the flexibility to relocate
You can travel up to 20-40%
You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaboration, influencing & problem solving skills)
