Tasks

To support our growing team, we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner (m/f/d) part-time or full-time in Budapest

What will your tasks be?

Independent supervision of a client s HR department, in particular:

• Recruitment of new employees, including conducting job interviews
• Advising managers on all personnel-related issues
• Staff Supervision
• Controlling and, if necessary, introduction of performance management
• Participation in HR projects and in the optimization of all HR processes
• Focusing on and further developing an HR area of your choice

Requirements

What makes you stand out?

• Completed college/university studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Business fluent in English, German and Hungarian
• Confident and convincing appearance
• Initiative, teamwork and communication skills
• Consultancy skills, structured and goal-oriented work
• Secure knowledge of Hungarian labour law
