Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You support our 3PL partners in the implementation and application of the PartsCloud platform and processes
• You plan the warehouse and fulfillment capacities together with our partnership team and the 3PL partners
• You ensure the achievement of PartsCloud SLAs and fulfillment standards together with our 3PL partners
• You monitor and analyze the PartsCloud fulfillment KPIs
• You ensure a high fulfillment quality at the 3PL partner, especially taking into account specifics of new products, packaging and storage requirements
• Together with the project management you ensure an efficient and complete onboarding of new 3PL partners
• You ensure that the 3PL partners understand our product and the PartsCloud added value
• You proactively share feedback and observations with the Operations team and assist in optimizing processes and functionalities

Your profile

• You have studied engineering, logistics, business administration, supply chain or procurement management or equivalent
• You already have experience in implementing or adapting logistics/fulfillment processes
• You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working combined with a lot of initiative
• You are comfortable with processes and procedures as well as numbers and statistics
• You have a high level of problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• You are communicative and are able to cope with hectic situations in a relaxed and goal-oriented manner.
• You have knowledge of a logistics/warehouse management tool and ticket system
• You are willing to use your skills also at our partners on site
• You have very good German and English skills
