Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You dive into the captivating diversity of the European SME market to fully understand our customers pain points, needs and preferences
• You analyze complex customer problems and derive clear product specifications from it
• You create a strong, customer-focused product vision and strategy for a platform solution that many of our customers cannot even imagine
• You plan and execute our product roadmap to build a unique product that scales spare-part logistics globally
• You align our team with the strategic product goals, relevant KPIs and the product roadmap so that everyone is committed to work together for the best product possible
• You work closely with our customers, share with them your excitement about the value we add to their business and use their feedback for continuous product improvement
• You build a strong, customer-focused and open-minded product team which is as passionate about PartsCloud as you are

Your profile

• You have 2+ years of experience within a fast-paced, agile software development environment, preferably in B2B SaaS/LaaS
• You are familiar with programming languages, databases, design, and prototyping tools, a technical background in web technologies is a plus
• You are passionate about the idea of driving change and creating customer value with us
• You have a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• You have strong analytical and project management skills and a structured way of working but still a hands-on approach to find solutions
• You are a good listener, open to ideas and receptive to feedback
• You have excellent communication skills in German and in English
