Database Administrator

Installation configuration upgrades administration monitoring maintenance production support and developer support of database environments.
Responsibilities
2 years related experience. Develop and maintain a database backup strategy. Maintain data integrity. Database architecture. Data modelling. Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users. Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the data protection act. Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary. Work as part of a team and provide support when required. Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams.
