Senior Azure Programmer ( PR5)

Complete Description: The ALPS project name: INS ODIIS ENH

Ohio department of Insurance is seeking an experienced Azure programmer to lead the department s cloud migration effort by developing cloud migration strategy and architecture. The contractor is responsible for analyzing current applications for PaaS modernization and adopting a migration approach in collaboration with application development team.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Lead discussion and provide guidance to technical teams regarding operational, technical, and procedural best practices and functional experience
Lead efforts to integrate existing legacy systems with proposed systems by identifying gaps between the current and future state, and potentially lead the implementation of solutions
Develop applications using .net core technologies for Azure migration.
Modify existing .net 4.5 enterprise application for enhancements.
Lead technical and end-user resources to execute detailed tests and analyze testing results.
Document and communicate issues, solutions, and timelines to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with implementation of monitoring tools
