Devops Engineer (Applications Development)

Position: DevOps Engineer (Application development background)

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Candidate must be On-Site from 1st day)

Need Local Profile

JOB DETAILS:

• Strong Kubernetes, Jenkins (build and write code), Gitlab, Ansible, Good Scripting knowledge

Applications Development background experience / expertise.

Does not required candidate from Infrastructure background

DevOps Engineer:

• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering degree
• Experience with Networking, Linux administration
• Experience with Docker over K8S
• Experience with CI/CD system such Jenkins/Gitlab
• System monitoring and centralized logging platform (Prometheus, ELK)
• Installing and maintaining: Configuration Management tools and Infrastructure as Code: (Teraform, Ansible, packer, Helm)
• ESXI, switches, storage (NetApp)
• Good scripting (Bash, Python, powershell)
• Ability to write documents specs, maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time
