100% remote someone in Eastern time zone.

We are looking for an individual with advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. This individual will be a key contributor in a crucial improvement project for the Varian Import Compliance Program to upload our Master Data to multiple ERP systems such as GTS-SAP, the Global Trade Module with the SAP system. In order to have a successful upload, we will need to compile the data from multiple sources, analyze then audit prior to the upload.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to compile and gather data from multiple sources
Ability to cleanse and interpret large data sets and can easily isolate duplicates, errors, or outliers
Easily identify trends in the data
Easily conveys the results of findings through charts and graphs
Audit of Data ; Ensure accuracy
Preparation of Excel spreadsheets for upload
Pulling Reports from GTS data


Fundamental Skills:
Detailed Oriented
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience with massive excel spreadsheets and data collection
Problem-solver : Must be adept in problem solving; capable of identifying strategies to improve master data set and catch gaps in your work
Strong communication skills to interpret data concisely
GTS and SAP experience a plus
