Vice President of Security Practice

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Duties: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Security Practice will have the following specific job responsibilities: (1) Leading and managing the design and architecture for end-to-end development of applications and enterprise security projects; (2) Developing, configuring, and modifying customized Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions according to technical specifications and clients business requirements; (3) Designing methodological standards and development processes for the companys highest priorities and business needs; (4) Documenting design specifications, installation guidelines, and other technical information; (5) Testing security software and monitoring system operations to ensure proper functioning, and developing appropriate software patches and fixes to address potential and detected issues; (6) Enhancing and maintaining existing products, including website applications on various cloud platforms, and IAM security software; (7) Maintaining communication with clients to understand specific system requirements and providing consultation services to clients on the selection, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IAM solutions; (8) Communicating project information with software engineers and clients through conference meetings, presentations, and technical reports; and (9) Managing the integration of servers to meet functional specifications. Location: Company based in Dedham, MA; may telecommute within the United States. Required Travel: Limited domestic travel as needed (up to 15%) to client sites to resolve technical issues. Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated employment experience in information technology security and architecture including two (2) years of demonstrated employment experience in leading enterprise projects; or, in the alternative, a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated employment experience in information technology security and architecture including two (2) years of demonstrated employment experience in leading enterprise projects (any suitable combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable). Required employment experience must include the following: (1) Demonstrated experience in designing, configuring and integrating IAM solutions; (2) Demonstrated experience in IT Security and Architecture; (3) Demonstrated experience in transforming business needs into IT solutions; (4) Demonstrated experience in configuring ForgeRock products; (5) Demonstrated development experience using C#, JAVA, and SAML; (6) Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management; (7) Demonstrated experience in designing and integrating SSO solutions; (8) Demonstrated experience in Firewall and DataFlow; (9) Demonstrated experience in database technologies including MS SQL and Oracle DB; (10) Demonstrated development experience in Linux; and (11) Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise IAM projects.
