Scandinavian Clerk Clinical Studies (m/f/d)

Our client specializes in the coordination of clinical studies for the Scandinavian market (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Danemark). Many pharmaceutical companies, research institutes and care product manufacturers trust this competence and experience and handle the entire process via our client. A very important point is the professional support of the study participants. The majority of the contact is made by phone, but also by mail, chat, fax or letter.

Typical questions that you (m/f/d) will answer in your role as a clerk are, for example:

• How do I apply for a study?
• What risks arise from the specific study?
• What is the remuneration?
• What happens with my data?
• Am I reassured when side effects occur?
• I have this or that deficit - can I still participate in the study?
• Do I know which treatment I get?

As you can see, this is a very sensitive topic. In this respect we are looking for clerk with the following skills:

• You can deal with personal things, such as diseases and handle them confidently
• You can switch off after work
• You can simplify complicated issues
• You listen to the potential participant (m/f/d) and can read between the lines
• You have to speak one the following langagues and english: Norwegian or Swedish
