Tasks
YOUR ROLE
Walbing Customer Success Managers work in one or more of the following domains:
- User registration and customer verification
- Receivables approval management
- Payment management and monitoring
- Dunning and collections service
- Making debt collection calls
- Being responsible for telephone confirmation of customer-supplier relationships
- Taking care of clarification of payments
Requirements
YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified professional training in a commercial/finance job line or applicable Bachelor Degree
- Min. 3-5 years work experience in commercial roles, ideally in finance or banking services
- Knowledge in KYC, accounts receivables/payables accounting or collection services
- Effective communication and engagement skills with various contact groups
- A confident and service-oriented personality
- Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally also experiences with finance systems, ERP etc.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills in German and English, further language skills would be a plus
