Job Title: Customer Service Representative 10769
(Business to business customer service- not restaurant, consumer call center, etc)
Shift Hours of Operation: M - F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Wichita, KS 67220. Will be working in office 3-5 days a week. Remote Monday and Fridays if contractor chooses to once they are trained. Please note * candidates cannot work remote until they have completed training for approximately 3 months
Dress code: Business Casual - Jeans allowed - No Tennis shoes or flip flops, screen print t-shirts, no holes in jeans, no shorts.

Notes:
- Training will be a combination of virtual (on Microsoft Teams with screen share) and in person.
- There will be process guides to follow.
- Manager will supply laptop and monitor, mouse, keyboard to candidate.
- Candidate needs to have WiFi available when working from home (cannot work from public place)
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Taking and servicing orders, answering questions and supporting processes that enable the business to deliver impeccable customer focus and outstanding service to our customers.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring that orders are addressed in a timely and professional fashion while working in a cross functional environment to enable quick and efficient processes of support.
- Support senior customer service team members with day to day issues.
- SAP/ERP required. Looking for candidates that have more technical experience in order management and problem solving/critical thinking skills to address customer problems/pain points.
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma
Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Possesses a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
- Sound judgment and decision making skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
- Team work and a positive attitude is a must.
- Comfortability learning and navigating new systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- Inquisitive / ask questions
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
- B2B Customer service experience.
- Experience with Order Management Systems.
- Associate/Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Service Cloud (Salesforce) Experience
