Restaurant General Manager Requirement Expectations:

2-3 years of Restaurant Management Experience

Scratch food experience

New Store opening experience is a huge plus!

Some corporate experience preferred for systems knowledge

Restaurant General Manager Daily Expectations:

Daily food quality checks and cleanliness

Scheduling for proper sales volume flow

Customer satisfaction assurance
