Maersk Line Fleet Management & Technology (FM&T) is responsible for all aspects of Ship Management of all the Maersk Line owned container vessels. Ship Management operations are primarily conducted out of Copenhagen, Singapore, Manila, and Mumbai. An opportunity is now available for a career-minded professional to join us as a Nautical & Marine Compliance Superintendent in Marine Standards, FM&T in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for a range of daily operational tasks as well as be part of strategic tasks.
Provide support to our vessels in areas related personal and asset safety.
Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective ship management for the vessels under ML Fleet Management &Technology (MLFMT) responsibility.
Performance:
Maintain an overview of Nautical, Safety and Compliance matters for our vessels.
Develop and conduct Safety and compliance initiatives.
Assigned or responsible for reports in Safety Management System attended and addressed timely to ensure continued compliance. Assist in companys SMS content review.
