Customer Success Manager (Remote)

On behalf of a talented and growing Product studio. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager excited about the mission to help create the next generation of unicorns.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Create a personalized and privileged relationship with the Studio's members
• Understand precisely each project signed by the Account Executive
• Compose the best possible team of Studio members depending on each profile and the type of mission
• Onboard the team on the project (briefing, explain the constraints and challenges)
• Help the team when needed along the project (ex: sizing issues, delay )
• Manage the customer relationship and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities

On average, the members of this Product studio have 8 years of experience and are among the best in their industry. It is key for them to offer a rare and personnalized experience so they can focus on their main expertise without the constraints of a lonely freelance.

In less than 1.5 years, the customer success will have the opportunity to take on a role of Key Account Manager or Account Executive to take care of our most prestigious clients.

Requirements

Qualifications

you have between 2 and 4 years of experience

• you are autonomous, social and have a real problem solver approach
• you are passionate about tech entrepreneurship and interested by the product design.
• you want to grow a personal network with the best French entrepreneurs and C-levels.
• you want to explore an international tech ecosystem
