Webmaster with 11 years of experience. Manages all necessary development, maintenance & expansion requests for agency's website to include content, graphics, and interactive functionality ensures all areas are technologically optimized.
Must be willing to work on site.
Responsibilities:
Manages web and digital content development, and when necessary. Ensures development and maintenance of the website including primary oversite of its functionality. Manages cross functional website content development as well as writes customer-facing communication, develops and edits information as appropriate to support technological enhancements and innovation.
Coordinates with content authors, agency managers, and end users to ensure the agency's website and digital platforms meet the agency requirements.
Analyzes and provides website usage reports and other sources of internal and external information, including competing and/or industry web sites, to identify sources of improvement and expansion. Presents recommendations for site enhancements.
Assists agency communications and marketing manager to develop and maintain agency websites and digital platforms.
Provides support and assistance to ensure information is continuously updated.
Edits and updates site contents constantly to ensure information is always current.
Reviews, revises, and implements agency web procedures, as required.
Develops and/or participates in the development of the agency's intranet site.
Develops and/or participates in the development of the agency's intranet site.
Researches and evaluates new digital-related technologies and creates action plans for new or future digital applications.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Drupal and SharePoint Experience Preferred

Thorough technical knowledge of Internet systems, services, and technologies. Knowledge of Drupal web production including editing design/graphic tool
Knowledge of critical thinking in the resolution of DRUPAL usage problems
Thorough knowledge of visual design/presentation, and/or specialized subject matter knowledge to present information, communicate ideas electronically
Ability to manage the various aspects of the development of new and enhanced information technology portals.
Skill in website management, technology, including site maintenance processes/procedures, development of HTML.and customary programming Languages
Knowledge of and ability to convey DRUPAL best usage practices. Ability to communicate with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
Technical knowledge of Internet systems, services, and technologies. Knowledge of, and skill in planning, design, development, testing, implementatio.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, applications to optimize existing websites and provide guidance in design and development.
Skill in written and oral communication to provide updated information to stakeholders, website usage reports, present recommendations for site enhanc
