In this key role within theGoToMarket (GTM)Operations and Enablementgroup, youwill lead a team of enablement professionals focused on program design, content creation and training facilitation.Reporting to ourVP, GTM Operations and Enablement,youwill support the design and implementation of our enablement strategy; partnering with sales leadership, marketing, product management and operations to set direction, drive execution and measure success. This person should have a passion for coaching and professional development and prior relevant sales success. As a key leader in the Go-to-market organization you will balance strategic planning and prioritization of various deliverables with a get stuff done hands-on approach.

In this role you and your teams will:

Collaborate with the VP, GTM Ops and Enablement and Senior Sales leadership to develop the Enablement strategy and roadmap

Design and support delivery of focused onboarding for all new sales hires; providing the essential tools to success for all roles across the sales organization and improving ramp time to productivity

Partner with sales management to uncover skill gaps and ongoing training needs

Enlist internal subject matter experts to augment enablement team delivery of relevant content

Work closely with Product Mgmt and Marketing leaders to support the design and launch of new programs; creating enablement tools for new solutions, product offerings and sales programs

Establish and deploy an assessment strategy to measure and iterate on training initiatives; maximizing uptake, efficacy and impact

Oversee curation of all enablement content and administration of our KMS/LMS

Define core KPIs to track overall success of enablement activities

Ideally you will have:

3-5+ years of experience in a Quickbase direct selling role

2-3 years of leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS business

Change management experience to drive process improvements in large scale sales organizations

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while occasionally dealing with ambiguity

Past experience with Highspot, LMS technologies (LearnUpon, Litmos, etc.), Salesforce and Quickbase
