Job Description Overview

Reporting to the Finance Director, this hands-on Finance Manager role is responsible for presenting forecasting, analytics, operational performance, product modeling, and more to C-level executives across the company that will help drive business strategy of key functions, product pricing, and more.

This role is an expense management function, responsible for forecasting and presenting to the C-Suite. With the high exposure to C-level executives, this role will have the opportunity to help the key functions of the organization drive their business, which impacts how the company prices products, how they create sales in the organization, and will have an overarching view of the entire organization. Their finance team interfaces with business unit leaders, corporate, actuarial, and other key teams and provides guidance and information that they leverage to develop forecasts, incorporate information into models, and much more.

The company offers strong growth opportunities vertically to Senior Manager and Director, as well as mobility to other areas of the company.

Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree


• MBA preferred


• 7+ years of experience in Finance within the Financial Services industry (insurance, banking, asset management, etc.)


• Finance experience supporting operations and experience with cost allocation relating to insurance or financial products


• Advances Excel skills


• Experience with visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)


• Strong analytical mindset
