Senior Private Client Executive

• Be responsible for the implementation of standards and practices to ensure that the service delivery of the Private Banking Centre is in line with that of recognized best-in-class Private Banking organizations regionally and internationally.

• Develop and implement processes to effectively manage the client portfolio review process for the Ultra High Net worth and High Net Worth clients within the Private Banking Centre to ensure effective funds management, increased share of wallet and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Expand the Bank’s market share of Ultra High Net worth and High Net Worth clients through aggressive client acquisition, retention and relationship management activities.

• Lead new business development opportunities through branches, senior management, board of directors and current client referrals, as well as, centres of influence to drive the profitability of the Private Banking Centre.

• Identify and provide financial solutions to a wide range of client needs and introduce specialists as appropriate to support the execution of wealth management solutions.
