To strengthen our specialized and dynamic team in Barcelona, we are looking for a committed, motivated, and driven personality. As a Key Account Manager, you take part in the further, international success of our dynamic consulting boutique.
You will be responsible to grow and develop LIONSCOUT s services in the EMEA market within the following industries: IT/SAP, Finance/Banking/Risk, Cloud Computing. You will create brand solution awareness and build both candidate and client pipelines. You are responsible for 360 recruitment in which you will acquire new clients and match them with the right candidates. You will headhunt promising candidates through our tools and on the other hand create client proposals, presentations, and RFP responses for both new and existing clients. Together with your colleagues you will contribute to defining and implementing creative sales and candidate search campaigns to increase sales as well as to increase candidate pipelines. You are responsible for the full sales and candidate cycle, and work with personal targets.
As an ideal candidate, you gained professional experience in Sales or 360 Recruitment, preferably for clients in the DACH region. You know how to build and maintain client/candidate relationships and have a strong interest or experience within the IT or Banking/Finance industry. You are a strong communicator, sales-minded and you can work independently.
