Remote - Oracle HCM Systems Analyst

7+ years experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS or similar HR Applications and technologies. Experience working with Timekeeping systems like ADP E-Time, Kronos is preferable. Able to understand the requirements, understand the data model/architecture of the system quickly and prepare technical documents, perform unit testing and automated testing, handle developmental tasks with development team. Proficient in following HR functional areas like Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance Appraisals and Recruitment (Taleo) Solution delivery activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
