SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Services Provided by Supplier

1. Support the City's PeopleSoft v8.58 Financial, HR and Enterprise Learning management applications through a Managed Services offering that includes the areas defined below:
   • Bug Fixes
   • Enhancement/Support Requests
   • Technical Configuration
   • On Demand Support and Questions
   • Production Migrations
   • SQL Updates
   • Daily PeopleSoft Administrator related functions:
     • Assist with the monitoring and troubleshooting of the lower environments to make sure they are available for testing by the business and/or available to developers for customizations.
     • Apply patches as requested
     • Assist with Elastic Search performance and configuration
     • Assist with configuration with Azure, Appsian, Load Balancers, Excel to CI Sigle Sign

On, RunDeck, PHIRE o Provide scripting for FTP transmissions o Manage Server Certificates

• • Overall application production support of the following PeopleSoft modules and functionalities:
    • PeopleSoft FSCM modules including but not limited to: GL, AP, AR, Billing, Fixed

Assets, purchasing, ESupplier Portal, Strategic Sourcing o PeopleSoft HCM modules including but not limited to: HR Core, Benefits, Payroll o PeopleSoft ELM module o Integration Broker

1. • • System interface with other software systems such as Salesforce, Cannon AP solution, and Docusign.
   • Assist with the implementation of new functionalities that the City is considering, such as:
     • Kibana for HR and Finance o Realtime Indexes o Position Management o Unified Navigation o PeopleSoft Fluid Navigation
2. Support the City's PeopleSoft tools and PUM upgrade for Finance, HR and ELM from v8.58 to the next appropriate release (tentative date - Q2 to Q3 of 2023)
   • Assist with planning and analysis of the next releases as needed
   • Perform software install for all environments including Dev, TST, QA, and PROD.
   • Assist with reapplying config, retrofit, new features analysis and unit test as needed
   • Assist with Functional and Technical testing as needed
   • Finalize cutover planning and checklist (Go-Live Readiness)
   • Provide Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support
