FCCS / HFM Technical Developer

JD:

• Experience in implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud Suite of products, Including
  EPBCS, PBCS, FDMEE.
• Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPBCS
• Experience in building and leading Planning/PBCS/EPBCS modules
• Good understanding of built-in predictive planning capabilities in EPBCS
• Hands-on experience in customizing solutions in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning.
• Experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboard and Business Rules.
• Excellent Excel and VB Scripting skills and Ability to create complex business rules and integrating with source systems.
• Should have good working knowledge of EPM Automate and be able to build scripts to automate various admin activities using EPM Automate.
• Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and flexible to participate as a team member with a willingness to help junior staff where needed.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow development across multiple industries

• Strong understanding of ASO and BSO cube development.
• Strong experience in Writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, MDX Query
• Strong working experience in writing Business rules, calculation scripts.
• Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings
• Strong knowledge of Aggregated storage and MDX calculations
• Strong experience in integration on REST API's
• Strong experience in FDMEE
• You should have experience in tuning Hyperion planning and Essbase applications and have
  support Hyperion environment in previous jobs.
• Ability to leverage best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience
  and work on constant support and continuous improvement Skills (Mandatory) in Hyperion
  application environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Administer/configure EPBCS Oracle EPM modules with a specific focus on Workforce & Capital Planning, as well as Financials Module.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions for business automation on Oracle EPBCS applications and functionality.
• Build and maintain Essbase Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads and Batch Automation Scripts.
• Responsible for managing Oracle EPBCS load process, data validation, and addressing load issues.
• Oversee master data management and governance for Oracle EPM with primary focus on Workforce, Capital, and Financials module.
• Provide primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing ad-hoc queries, Smart View, Financial Reporting reports requested by users, and other tools as required.

Ensure EPBCS operates to meet CRS' Planning and Budgeting objectives, including support, maintenance, testing, and developing functional/technical specifications.
