Our client company is seeking an experienced engineer to be responsible for supporting plant unit operations, continuous improvements, process/ product startups, and all EHS/ PSM regulations.

You must be willing to:
Be involved in day to day production support for the batch/continuous chemical operations (troubleshooting/problem solving of process/equipment issues
Track Production Yields/Perform Mass Balances
Handle process improvement projects
Manage continuous improvements in safety/productivity/quality/reliability/cost
Participate in PSM initiatives/audits
Be involved with production/material planning/packaging/shipping/receiving
Support process downtime/runtime
Assist with Training of Operations Teams

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Chemical Engineering
2+ years experience as Process/Production Engineer in PSM/chemical operating plants
Familiar with process unit operations and Controls/reactors/distillation/polymerization/esterification/filtration/dryers/twin-screw extrusion/heat treatment
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement/PHA/MOC/P&Ids preferred
