We are looking for a passionate hairstylist/barber, an artist with an excellent client demeanor and communication skills who makes his/her clients look and feel their best.

Position requirements:

Experience level - 3 years at least
Highly efficient & well-versed in fast execution
Highly organized and detail-oriented in regards to hygiene
Outstanding customer skills
Attentive listening skills
Excellent time management
Excellent conversational & communication skills
Relentless passion to quickly pick up and do new trends
Ability to multitask
Welcoming personality
Creativity, confidence and flexibility
Responsibilities include:

Understand and assess customer needs to deliver the utmost customer satisfaction
Provide quality consultations and perform services requested (cut, blow-dry, style hair, apply treatment, etc.) in a competent, efficient and professional manner
Maintain perfect hygiene
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Build clientele
May train or supervise other hairstylists, hairstylist apprentices and helpers
Be a caring ear and make our customers comfortable and confident
Use social media to promote the salons services and build clientel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $15.50 per hour
