Tasks

Become part of one of the most successful companies today! Together with your colleagues you will form a team of first-class customer advisors in which you will help business customers make the most of the services offered by Facebook.

• Handling enquiries from new and existing customers (small and medium-sized businesses) by phone, email and live chat;
• Outbound callbacks by phone and proactively contacting all customers who previously contacted us via Facebook customer service via other channels (chat or email);
• No sale; Supporting customers after they have independently purchased services on Facebook, as well as on Instagram and WhatsApp;
• Mainly solving technical problems (ad placement, technical errors, questions about pixel and catalogues);
• Handling payment and billing issues (billing issues);
• Independently and proactively finding solutions, with the help of the constantly available knowledge base;
• Please note that for this work position bothion, both good German and English, in oral and written form is required.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, or French or Dutch
• Working proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving
• Sense of responsibility
