ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in developing integrations and custom application solutions. Expertise includes automation and increasing work process efficiency. Possesses exceptional analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. Has hands-on experience managing Enterprise Service Management processes for support staff and the end-user community.
Skills:
Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing ITSM and CSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Case, and CMDB).
Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience creating and modifying JavaScript, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Components, etc.
Experience developing and modifying workflows, SLAs, forms, catalos' items, dashboards, reports, etc.
Experience developing and modifying service portals.
Desirable to have experience with ServiceNow APIs with integrations with 3rd party tools using REST, SOAP, scripted APIs, Mid Server, and web services.
Requires understanding of ServiceNow ACL management.
Experience with Discovery and automation of updates to CMDB.
Experience documenting technical solutions and non-technical end-user documentation.
Knowledgeable in establishing data sharing between monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
Requires strong written and verbal communication ability.
Must have experience working with vendors to support and troubleshoot integration issues.
Desirable to have experience defining and supporting SAML and SSO integrations.
Flexibility with the ability to balance work and requests for multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and identify solutions for challenges and requests.
