GlobalLink COO

The GlobalLink COO is responsible for working alongside GlobalLink business heads to develop, evaluate and implement business strategy across the division, Provide leadership on strategy, pricing, financial and business performance management, manage resourcing across the division and act as an escalation point to the GlobalLink leadership team.
The COO for GlobalLink will also be responsible for the Resolution and Recovery Plan, and provide oversight of billing and client contracting.
The COO for GlobalLink will also be the primary interface into corporate support functions, specifically Legal, Finance, Human Resources and ERM and will therefore need to develop close working relationships with these groups and attend appropriate oversight committee meetings.

The COO is expected to apply demonstrated expertise in capital markets, in particular foreign exchange and cash, business strategy development and implementation, regulation affecting derivatives and FX markets, data management and modelling, finance & budgeting, marketing and communications.

The COO supports and works in conjunction with all aspects of the business including the product lines, BRM, Sales and IT
