Medical Assistant

Our client is a company in the medical sector. You will work in an international clinic in reproductive medicine located in a great location, in Barcelona.

Tasks

As a Medical Assistant:

- You will have to maintain contact with patients by phone and email during treatment

- You will have to plan and organize patient treatment

- You will have to control payment terms

- You will have to manage medical instructions, medical consents and other patient documentation

- You will have to be the communication link between doctors and patients during treatment

- You will have to tanslate reports and documentation related to patients

- You will have to work during some weekends and some bank holidays

- You will have to work from 13.00 to 21.00

Requirements

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a native level of French or Italian (mandatory)

- You have an advanced level of French and Italian (additional and mandatory)

- You have an advanced level of Spanish

- You have experience in customer-focused roles

- If you have experience as a medical assistant, it would be a plus

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
