Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end to end execution of Global Transition programs in accordance with Transition Methodology and Tollgates.
- Build and advise Transition strategy and implementation solution to support Client Business objectives
- Track, Control and Report Program Progress to senior Client stakeholders across workstreams Knowledge Transfer, IT Solutions, Quality and SLA, Contract and Change Management etc
- Establish and drive effective Risk Management governance across the transition lifecycle
- Lead Governance reviews and manage communication across senior client and internal stakeholders
- Motivate and influence cross functional team members for effective collaboration and problem solving
- Establish effective Program change control
- Invest in building domain understanding of the service area and client industry
Experience and Qualifications
- 15-18 years overall experience with at least 4-8 years' experience in independently managing complex transitions (BPO) for global clients in F&A/SCM- OTC domain. Varied Industry exposure will be an advantage (Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Retail & CPG etc.)
- Excellent client Interfacing and relationship building skills. Superior communication skills both written and Verbal. Ability to act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage escalations. Strong result orientation and ownership for solving problems
- The role requires travel (25-50%). Flexibility to support reviews in different time zones based on global client/ HCL Delivery Centre location.
- Proficient user of project Management tools like Microsoft Project Professional. Adept in use of Power Point and Excel. Industry certification viz PMP, PgMp will be an advantage.
