الوصف الوظيفي
- 9+ yrs. of experience in Information Technology
- 4 yrs. prior experience in design, development, testing and implementation of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- At least 1-2 yrs. of relevant RPA bot development / implementation experience in one of the following market platforms: Pega RPA
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to analyze information/data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to facilitate crucial conversations and influence stakeholders
- Ability to evaluate customer and stakeholder needs when developing recommendations
- Experience with establishing RPA Center of Excellence
- Experience managing technology programs / projects / products
- Passion for developing members of your team and promoting their continued professional growth
- Must have solid understanding of REST, SOAP APIs both in XML and JSON formats
- Must have solid understanding of SQL Queries, functions, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Ability to illustrate and understand business processes and workflows Experience using Excel, Visio, and other reporting tools
- Prior knowledge of process mapping, process re-design and change management
- Experience working with a cross-functional team to achieve business results with specific focus on the customer experience
