Swimming Pool Construction Laborers

Mr. Pool Guy, LLC is a local, veteran owned swimming pool builder and renovator. We specialize in renovations both commercial and residential.
We specialize in the renovation of pools of all shapes and sizes to include spas and water features. We perform commercial and residential work throughout Bexar and surrounding counties in Texas.
We have an immediate openings for Swimming Pool Construction Laborers.
Prior experience in either swimming pool construction or general masonry is preferred.
Activities will include demolition/clean out and preparing pool for interior finish, installation of swimming pool coping and tile, application of grout and caulking, installation of new decks, retaining walls, fire and water features.
Trenching and running plumbing.
Rough Carpentry / Formwork
Leak detection and repair of plumbing related to pools, spas, and water features.
Installation of all related equipment to swimming pools.
Hanging steel, tying rebar, setting forms.
Set up, assistance, and clean up at end of each day.
Familiarity with machine operation a plus (bobcat, excavator, etc.)

Primary Qualifications
1+ year of experience in the construction and renovation of swimming pools, spas, and water features preferred, but not required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Applicants must be reliable, hard-working.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Can work in all weather conditions
Work days typically starts at 6:30 AM until project is finished for the day.
Pass Drug screening.
We will consider those with backgrounds on an individual basis.

Rate of pay depends on past experience. Candidates must have prior construction knowledge for starting rate of pay with valid references.
